AGUERO

Postby Old_Blue » Sun Mar 31, 2019 8:11 am

Aguero came off in the Fulham game because he said he felt something, let's hope it not bad and he is back very soon, we need him in what is left of our season as he his our number one striker, with games against Spurs & the reds coming up we will need his aura on the pitch, we will know if he will be able to play soon or he could miss the rest of the season, he came off right away so it may not keep him our for more than one or two games.

He was only subbed as a precaution. He'll be worked on for few games and will probably be sub for the Cardiff game.

Is he or is he not one hell of a goalscorer, 176 in 255 games, and in all City games he has scored 235 in something like 283 games games, yet he can't get into the premier league team of the year, how pathetic is that he should be in it and should have been in it on more than one occasion, but i am forgetting he plays for Man City not one of the loved clubs, if he did he would have been chosen year after year, he his a legend for all City fans and the rest of the league can do one, because if they think what they think matters for us City fans they are sadly wrong.

And he his not finished just yet, more goals to come from him, so now defenders can sleep easily in their beds.

When he signed for us in 2011 for around £35m, people said who???

He has more than paid his transfer fee back over the years and he still has a season and a half to take some more records :RR:

250 goals for City in 8 and a half seasons. That takes some doing!

And more to come i would say, what a player he is, if he had played for the rags or the pool, he would be the greatest foreign player to play in the premier league, but he plays for City so only ex players know how good he is, i think he as only been voted into the Premier league team of the season once, and LiVARpool fans said at the time it should have been firmino , i doubt there is a team that wants to see Aguero's name on the team sheet when they have to play City.

He'll overtake Andy Cole this season and Wayne Rooney next season. Shearer is probably a tidge to far though, as it would take 3½ seasons to get there. You never know though, anything is possible at City.
